This is a chart outlining specific areas of a typical 038 form. These forms are for te purpose of indicating detail information about each of our points of calls we deliver to. Although the Edit Book doesnt mirror all the information that the 038 inventory form has, the Edit Book will show you distances to and from each of our points of calls.
