The National Committee on RSMC Work Content and Workload has been meeting since January 2020. Recently, one of the members left the Committee to become the newly elected Regional Education and Organizing Officer in her region.
We need a full contingent of three (3) union representatives on this committee to continue the work. Its mandate will be to determine and assess the RSMC work content and workload, allowing both parties to have informed discussions on future pay arrangements.
Are you the ideal candidate to be a member of this committee?
- Are you a member in good standing of CUPW?
- Are you interested in the Route Management System (RMS)?
- Are you knowledgeable with the RSMC routes values?
- Are you familiar with the Corporate Manual System (CMS)?
- Do you have a good understanding of health and safety rules?
- Are you able to work autonomously?
- Do you work well within a group?
- Are you ready to relocate to Ottawa when it is safe to do so due to COVID-19?
Application
Your application must be written as a report and include your degree of fluency in spoken and written English and French, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and your reasons for joining the committee. Applications must be received no later than April 13, 2021 at 11:59 p.m., by e-mail (lhogue@cupw-sttp.org).
