CPC wants roll into one of our depots, namely Maple Ridge a new system that can adversely affect how we handle delivery of our mail. Its code acronym is SSD for short but will be long on frustration for members that will be adversely affected by this. Already our CUPW sisters and brothers at the North Fraser Delivery Centre (CUPW Vancouver Local) had already had this system put in place there back in August 2018. Our Executive are opposed to this new concept and have decided to get your important feedback, so we have put out an invite for you to attend our Special Meeting to discuss this SSD.
