To all Urban and RSMC members in good standing,
The CUPW National Executive Board has added 2 more virtual Zoom meetings opportunities for both bargaining units before our Ratification Voting closes on Friday September 3rd, 2021. This will allow any member who have not yet been registered and/or decided since the voting began to attend your applicable remaining scheduled meetings to cast your voice to the ballot box.

You will only vote once with the PIN number that was either mailed or emailed to you.
Please choose the meeting that best suits your schedule.
The virtual meeting room will open 30 min in advance of start time for member registration, we suggest you log in early to allow time for registration. Please note if you are late, entrance will be close(doors will BE tiled) 15 min after meeting starts.
You will need your first and last name and your employee number for registration.
Below are the details for the meeting. Attendance is mandatory in order to be able to vote in accordance with the National Constitution.
You will need your 8-digit PIN in order to vote on the Intelivote system, which will be explained how to use during the meeting. This PIN was provided to you by email and/or mail from National CUPW office.
